Because of this, opened, used, or unsealed perfume/attar bottles cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

However, if you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product, or face an issue caused by our error, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund according to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

To process your claim, we require:

  • Photos of the parcel, packaging, and shipping label

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify.

5. Refunds
